What we collect
Candidate forms collect identity and contact information, qualifications, experience, work preferences and any documents you choose to upload. Employer forms collect organization details, the contact person and recruitment requirements. Submission records include the source page or campaign label, audience, position, country, creation date, status and consent.
Why we use it
We use this information to review recruitment enquiries, assess relevant qualifications and coordinate an appropriate recruitment process. Form submission does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Candidate approval and offers are reviewed by people.
Who can access it
Profiles and uploads are restricted to authorized recruitment team members through a private, authenticated workspace. Uploaded files are not served as public website assets. An employer introduction requires a separate review and confirmation before candidate information is shared.
Storage and retention
Recruitment records and uploaded documents are stored privately in a dedicated Neon PostgreSQL database in Singapore. Cloudflare operates the website and processes requests across its network. The team should retain information only while it serves an active recruitment purpose and review inactive records. A fixed deletion schedule is not automated.
Your choices
Uploads are optional at initial screening. Do not submit passport copies, identity document numbers, financial account details or unrelated sensitive information. You may request access, correction, withdrawal or deletion by emailing TFI Connect at the address below and quoting your saved submission reference.
